Abstract

This chapter provides a comprehensive survey of inventory management problems under neutrosophic uncertainty, synthesizing the recent developments, methodological approaches, and key application domains. Inventory models are classically designed under deterministic or probabilistic settings, but many real‐world problems feature indeterminate, imprecise, or vague information which cannot be handled adequately by traditional or even classical fuzzy models. Neutrosophic set theory, incorporating degrees of truth, indeterminacy, and falsity, offers extended flexibility and expressiveness for modeling these uncertainties.
