Abstract

The dynamics of contemporary hospitality management have been redefined by the incorporation of robotics into hotel services, which has transformed operational workflows and guest experiences. The implementation of service robots in housekeeping, reception, and concierge tasks is examined in this chapter, emphasising how they can improve productivity, precision, and client satisfaction. Robots enable intelligent check-in procedures, personalised concierge interactions, and autonomous room cleaning by utilising developments in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and sensor-based navigation. The study also explains how robotics and Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystems can work together to facilitate real-time data sharing and predictive maintenance for smooth operations. It further focuses on workforce adaptation and ethical considerations, examining how the integration of robotics influences service quality and shapes overall brand perception. The transformative potential of robotics in technology-driven, contactless, and sustainable hotel service ecosystems.
