Abstract

The present paper examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the global world economic perspective. It provides a descriptive analysis of the AI phenomenon and highlights how AI-powered technologies and management practices have enhanced economic growth, labour workflow and productivity. The increase in productivity allows firms to produce more goods at a lower cost and increase skill among the labour to meet the requirements of industrial needs. AI projects and tools can significantly improve the decision-making process and boost productivity by analyzing and monitoring big data technology. However, there are also risks, including market polarization, rising inequality, structural unemployment, and the emergence of new unfavorable industrial structures. The study evaluates policy initiatives and business strategies aimed at maximising the benefit of AI and assisting policymakers and business leaders in leveraging AI for sustainable economic development.
