Abstract

Job skills changed when workers reorganized companies, and people's views of their professional identities changed as well. According to this essay, identity crises and self-doubt brought on by robots doing human work should be addressed in new labor legislation, as should the handling of layoffs. It would also examine the legislation protecting workers' rights and the ethical justifications for businesses' social responsibility. It holds that in order to safeguard employees' health and maintain their human dignity, labor regulations need to be modified. However, the author claims that automation still destroys a person's spirit, regardless of how beneficial technology is in everyday life. It offers a rights-based approach to preserving workers' dignity and social standing in an era when technological slaves are beginning to resemble humans. The safety and mental well-being of individuals should be considered by the government when drafting work rules.
