Abstract

This study develops the Communicative Green Human Resource Management Framework as a conceptual model for advancing sustainable university governance through communication. This chapter employs a systematic review based on scholarly papers. The findings show that it positions communication as the epistemic and operational core of green transformation, linking human resource management, institutional recognition, and governance sustainability. Through theoretical synthesis and empirical validation at WUR, UI, and UM, the conclusion is that sustainable transformation depends on communicative coherence—the alignment of meaning, policy, and HR practices to shape an ethical, participatory, and environmentally oriented university culture.
