Abstract

In this chapter, the researcher discusses the development dynamics of educational leadership in the ASEAN countries, the importance of transformational and inclusive leadership in the facilitation of equitable and quality learning sectors. Since ASEAN nations are typified by cultural plurality, vastly different socio economic groups, and high-speed altering educational necessities, collaborative, diverse, and shared decision-making models have turned into an important prerequisite. The chapter examines the way in which leaders at schools and institutions could promote student centered learning, social justice, digital inclusivity and resilience in multicultural settings by struggling with structural hindrances like resource disparities and policy misalignment. This chapter has brought to light through theoretical prism, regional case studies and policy insights leadership approaches capable of strengthening educators, encouraging marginalized learners and enhancing systems-level innovation in all of Southeast Asia.
