Abstract

Generative Artificial Intelligence is radically changing cybersecurity, creating both strong offensive capabilities and advanced attack vectors. The chapter elaborates a structuralization of artificial intelligence security in the next generations with focus on hardening of generative models, full simulative red-team and autonomous threat response mechanism. The proposed defense architecture combines reinforcement learning based adversarial resistance, dynamic prompt and self-repair model pipelines, which constantly remedies vulnerabilities in large-scale generative models. The red-team engine is made fully automated and used to create and test changing scenarios of cyberattacks. Explainable artificial intelligence security layer gives transparent vulnerability attribution and trustful decision support to the high-stakes environments. Controlled synthetic cyber ranges show considerable resilience to quick manipulation, and generated malicious software by artificial intelligence. This chapter provides a single map towards the security of generative artificial intelligence ecosystems.
