Employee–AI Collaboration and Organizational Productivity

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support work processes has become a common practice in various organizations. With the increasing adoption of AI in various organizational functions, the interaction between human capabilities and AI systems has become a central issue in achieving optimal performance. Employee-AI Collaboration is increasingly becoming a critical factor in enhancing organizational productivity in the digital era. This study conceptually explores how Employee-AI Collaboration can contribute to Organizational Productivity through the mediating roles of Employee Performance, Knowledge Sharing, and Decision-Making Effectiveness. The synergy between humans and AI is expected to improve operational efficiency, accelerate the flow of knowledge, and support more accurate and timely decision-making processes. Understanding the mediation mechanism provides strategic insights for organizations in effectively integrating AI to promote productivity through human and technological collaboration.
