Abstract

As artificial intelligence reshapes the very core of knowledge creation and delivery, educators stand at the forefront of an unprecedented transformation. This chapter explores how we can prepare teachers not just to adapt, but to lead in AI-integrated classrooms. It argues that effective preparation involves more than technical upskilling—it demands a shift in mindset, a redefinition of pedagogical roles, and the cultivation of ethical awareness. Drawing on emerging training models and real-world case studies, the chapter highlights essential tools and competencies while advocating for inclusive, reflective, and forward-thinking teacher development programs. In navigating this change, educators must become co-designers of future-proof curricula—equipped, empowered, and ready to humanize technology in learning spaces.
