Abstract

This chapter explores the convergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Intelligence (BI) in constructing next-generation architectures that enhance predictive decision-making and operational efficiency. As organizations grapple with growing data complexity and market volatility, traditional BI tools are increasingly insufficient for real-time insights and forward-looking strategies. The chapter analyzes architectural models, integration strategies, and real-world applications across industries, supported by case studies and expert insights. It also addresses implementation challenges such as data governance, system interoperability, and skill gaps. Drawing on current research and technological trends, this study proposes a scalable AI-BI architecture designed to enhance agility, reduce latency, and enable proactive decision-making in modern enterprises.
