Abstract

Over the past fifteen years, research at the intersection of corporate social responsibility (CSR), responsible innovation (RI), and interactive technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), digital platforms, and human-centered systems, has experienced exponential growth. This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric review of the field, covering 2010–2025 publications indexed in Scopus. Using Bibliometrix (R) and VOSviewer, 156 documents were analyzed through performance analysis, co-word mapping, bibliographic coupling, and thematic evolution. The findings reveal (1) the growing convergence between ethical AI, CSR, and sustainability, (2) the emergence of “responsible innovation” as a conceptual bridge linking technological and societal value creation, and (3) evolving clusters around AI ethics, stakeholder engagement, sustainable development, and digital transformation. This review highlights the intellectual structure and future directions of research on responsible, human-centered technology management.
