Abstract

This study focuses on how chatbot personality and language affect brand identity and customer loyalty. This reviews 63 articles and reports from 2019 to 2025, based on key ideas from branding and human-computer interaction. The findings show that chatbot features like tone, empathy, and consistency greatly impact how users feel and trust the brand. The study also discusses important issues like data privacy and bias. It highlights trends and areas where more research is needed, providing useful information for researchers, marketers, and designers who want to connect AI chatbots with brand goals. The results emphasize the need to create chatbots that feel human-like to strengthen brand values and build long-term customer relationships. Future research should focus on long-term studies, adapting to different cultures, and sustainable branding with AI communication.
