Abstract

Drawing on integrated theoretical frameworks—Critical Disability Theory, Ecological Systems Theory, Structuration Theory, and intersectionality—this analysis comprehensively examines structural barriers to neurodivergent employment. Key obstacles include social stigma, inflexible recruitment practices, lack of accommodations, and systemic exclusion. It advocates systemic reforms such as strengths-based hiring, policy reforms, and intersectional inclusion models to build inclusive employment pathways.
