Abstract

With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI), university innovation and entrepreneurship education faces the critical challenge of integrating ideological and political (IP) values into technical training. Current models suffer from disconnected technical cultivation and value guidance, fragmented implementation tools, and inadequate integration mechanisms. This study proposes a knowledge management (KM)-based framework that synergizes AI technology, teacher mediation, student agency, and value guidance. Through mixed-methods research involving 12 pilot universities, the framework is validated to enhance student engagement, IP value penetration, and personalized support. The findings provide actionable strategies for curriculum optimization, faculty development, and institutional governance, enabling higher education to cultivate socially responsible innovators who balance technological competence with national commitment and ethical awareness in the AI era.
