Designing a Digital Knowledge Management System for Supporting Teacher Observation in Game-Based Early Childhood Education
Abstract
With the integration of gamification courses in preschool education, kindergarten teachers' observational skills have become essential for teaching quality. Traditional methods struggle to capture the dynamic nature of play-based learning, calling for digital enhancement. This study proposed an innovative multiplatform digital observation framework with improved data integration, intelligent analysis, and personalized feedback. The core innovation is a “bidirectional cyclic feedback” mechanism, consisting of three layers—data collection, analysis, and strategy feedback—that form a full digital closed loop. The framework supports real-time data fusion and features an adaptive module that adjusts interface complexity based on teachers' digital literacy. Empirical results showed significant improvements in observational efficiency and behavior recognition accuracy. This study offers practical insights and contributes to the digital transformation of early childhood education through gamification courses.
