Abstract

In the context of digitalization, the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) faces both opportunities and challenges amid the information clutter of new media. This study focuses on optimizing ICH's knowledge management and dissemination efficiency by integrating information ecology theory, information entropy theory, and the kNN algorithm. Two core models are constructed: a social network public opinion node influence model and a user sentiment analysis model. Empirical analysis is conducted using 1,631,893 Weibo data and 59,918 WeChat data, with model validation via MATLAB simulations and comparative experiments with Time-LSTM and SVM. The results reveal platform-specific sentiment characteristics and time-varying emotional evolution linked to the public opinion life cycle. This research provides theoretical support and practical strategies for enhancing ICH's knowledge capture, transfer, and sharing through social media, contributing to the innovative inheritance of traditional knowledge in the digital age.
