Abstract

To address the problem that it is difficult for civil aviation pilots to carry out systematic physical training in a narrow working space, this article combines virtual reality, inertial motion capture, and multimodal physiological feedback technology to design a training system that adapts to this setting. The system adopts a double closed-loop control strategy to couple kinematics and psychological load, uses an evaluation model derived from analytic hierarchy process, and relies on the Unity platform and an inertial measurement unit array to realize high-speed motion tracking. Through demand analysis, algorithm verification, and a pretest with pilots, the method was verified to be feasible. This method provides a new model for physical health maintenance within aviation special operations groups.
