Abstract

Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease (KFD) is a rare idiopathic illness that presents with cervical lymphadenopathy and fever. There are no pathognomonic clinical or laboratory features, but surgical lymph node biopsy is the cornerstone for diagnosis. No effective treatment has been established, but it has a favorable prognosis. Herein, we report the case of a young Caucasian female who presented with fever and lymphadenopathy.
