Guillain-Barré Syndrome Following Rabies Vaccination: An Unusual Descending Presentation
Abstract
Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) is characterized by acute immune-mediated polyneuropathies, most often triggered by infections such as Campylobacter jejuni, with vaccination and surgery identified as less common precipitants.[1,2] Exploring unusual presentations broadens understanding of GBS and facilitates timely diagnosis and treatment.
