Abstract

Despite its significant psychological impact, infertility has historically been seen primarily as a reproductive pathology. Couples undergoing fertility evaluation or treatment commonly experience social withdrawal, anxiety, guilt, and depression. This educational quiz uses a creative riddle-based format to highlight the psychological and psychiatric aspects of infertility. Several poetic riddles were created to represent different psychiatric conditions and psychological responses related to infertility, its assessment, and treatment. Each question is associated with a behavioral manifestation, psychiatric diagnosis, or adverse drug reaction that is frequently observed in infertility treatment. By incorporating creativity into psychiatry education, reproductive medicine, and mental health awareness are effectively linked, promoting empathy and integrated clinical thinking.
