Message from Hon. General Secretary

It is a privilege to present the abstract supplement of the Indian Journal of Psychiatry for Annual National Conference of the Indian Psychiatric Society (ANCIPS) 2026. This publication continues our long-standing tradition of documenting the scientific contributions that define our annual national conference, and will be published on 28th January during ANCIPS 2026, Delhi. The process of compiling a comprehensive collection of abstracts—encompassing award papers, free papers, symposia, and workshops is an extensive, and demanding undertaking. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the local scientific committee of ANCIPS 2026 led by Dr. Nimesh G. Desai, Dr. Rajesh Rastoji, Dr. Deepak Raheja and the office of the Hon. Editor Dr. Sujit Sarkhel for successfully accomplishing this important responsibility in a timely manner. Their dedication ensures that the scientific contributions of our members are documented and disseminated with clarity and precision. I sincerely hope that the readers of the journal will find this supplement both useful and convenient, serving as a valuable resource to enrich academic discussions and professional growth during the conference and beyond.
