Abstract

Glial choristomas are extremely rare and benign congenital tumors. Here, we present a case of glial choristoma of the tongue in an infant initially misdiagnosed with a hemangioma of the tongue, and its subsequent management, resulting in complete surgical excision. We also review the literature on this rare and obscure condition.
