Abstract
Arteriovenous fistula (AVF) is direct communication between artery and vein. We report a case femoral AVF, which due to its chronicity had involved whole of the lower limb and was masquerading as congenital arteriovenous malformation. This was managed successfully by surgical intervention, resulting in the resolution of symptoms and restoration of normal limb function.
