Abstract

Digital tools consent forms inform clients about the use of digital tools in therapy assessment and intervention and should be used whenever technology is integrated into child and adolescent therapy treatment. The use of digital tools consent forms ensures that clients are fully informed about the use of technology in their sessions. It promotes transparency between therapists and clients, ensuring that the methods of assessment and intervention are aligned with the values and preferences of all parties involved. This chapter provides instructions for implementing the use of digital tools consent forms when incorporating digital tools into therapy.
