Abstract

The Game to Grow Method of therapeutically applied tabletop role-playing games has successfully been used in schools, inpatient and residential treatment settings, private practice, community mental health agencies, hospitals, and other settings to address mental health issues including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance use. This chapter provides an introduction to the Game to Grow Method and instructions on how to apply it through a virtual context.
