Abstract

Cultural play genograms have been used in in-person therapy assessment and intervention to support clients in playfully mapping the influence of cultural identity as it relates to beliefs, values, and relationships within family systems. Play genograms can be adapted to teletherapy using computer programs and clip art or other digital images. This chapter explains how to conduct a cultural play genogram via teletherapy using digital images.
