Abstract

In the Epilogue, the author reflects on the personal and methodological journey undertaken in writing the book, illustrating how the research process became both an academic inquiry and an experiential engagement with the central themes of individuation and self-realization. The chapter serves as a meta-commentary on the writing process itself, highlighting the interplay between scholarship and lived experience. It describes how the author’s professional background in psychoanalysis and Sufism shaped her interpretative approach, and how the sustained engagement with the works of Jung and Inayat Khan influenced her own inner process. The Epilogue also situates the book within the broader context of the author’s work with leaders and personal development groups, suggesting that the dialogue between psychology and spirituality explored in the book has practical relevance for individual and collective transformation.
