Abstract

The two intentions of the book are introduced: to create a comprehensive and updated companion text to the London Centre for Psychodrama Creative Supervision Diploma training and to widen the audience to coaches and those who are less familiar with the integration of creative methods in their practice. The three-part structure of the book is outlined. Part I addresses theory and philosophy of creative supervision. Part II describes numerous approaches and techniques that have been honed over many years. Part III attends to the wider field – supervision beyond the consulting room and the emergent practice of outdoor supervision.
