Revere Diversity
Abstract
This chapter is an immersion into an organizational transformation experience anchoring on diversity, equity and inclusion. The chapter begins by defining these terms in our context. We articulate how the key aspects of Ai work i.e. storytelling and drench makes it ideal for organizational transformation anchoring on DEI values. We then share the story of our work with an Indian affiliate of a global animal protection organization. We end this chapter by sharing our learning, insights and how much we have dealt with our own selves in this work.
