Embrace the Dream

This chapter focuses on the power of the Dream stage and how it gets channelled by the Drench process. The chapter covers the definition of the Dream and contrasts it with the Vision. The conversion of the dream into a vision is bringing the future to the present. The authors argue that this is not done by creating an action plan. This is done by drenching in the dream, internalizing the same and bringing the collective energies together. There are three stories of how we facilitated the process of drenching in the dream and that led to a transformational change. We have reviewed the literature on organizational transformation and we have reviewed six key factors that contribute to it. We have mapped how these six factors are actualized using the Drench process.
