Abstract

This chapter focusses initially on the avenues of support for students with their geography dissertation, starting with key insights into working with and getting the most out of working relationships with supervisors, critically engaging with (generative) AI, as well as further sources of support, including libraries and other resources. The chapter then addresses some of the more frequently asked questions of supervisors and provides responses to questions, including ‘Which chapter should I write first?’, ‘Where should I put my research questions?’, and ‘How long should each chapter be?’.
