On Our Way
Abstract
Trekking, much like teaching and learning journey, is an iterative process. The start is exciting and fulfilling. Mid-trek is the time to check our maps, refill our water, and rest. Post-trek, others may want to hear about the adventure and see the photos. This chapter captures the stages of a trek for the purpose of encouraging teachers to stay on track and achieve their individualized professional goals.
