Abstract

The chapter is an account about colonial India’s participation in various international organisations. The participation also helped the Indian nationals to express their opinion against the colonisers. Their contributions are manifest in the International Labour Organisation, where they raised voice on behalf of workers. The chapter narrates the struggles of Indians in Bretton Woods negotiations and in the United Nations.
