Covering topics such as choosing safe and effective external contributors, preparing and debriefing with students, aligning with the curriculum and inclusive delivery, the guidance emphasises evidence-based practice, safeguarding and cultural sensitivity. Challenges are explored honestly, with advice for professional development, peer reflection and supporting teachers’ own well-being.
