People on the Move and Their Things
Abstract
Together with my friend, with whom we form today's action group, we jump out of the car near the border wall and run into a rather sparse mixed forest. It is early in the morning, the sun has recently risen, so everything is damp with dew. The forest smells more intensely than during the day. The air is stuffy and sticky. We move towards the pin (a marker on the map defined by geographical coordinates), not directly but somewhat around it. The destination was sent to our organisation's helpline by two men from Somalia. We are to provide them with food, water, and power banks, and bandage their razor-wire wounds. We know nothing about their plans.
