Dr. Lungile Ntsizwane

Dr. Lungile Ntsizwane is a seasoned expert in higher education administration and quality assurance. She holds a Doctorate in Business Management from Northwest University, where her research title, “integration of administrative systems and processes in higher education mergers” produced a framework for managing the integration of administrative systems and processes. With a career spanning 20 years in higher education, predominantly in the business school environment, she has developed a profound understanding of the various core activities and processes in higher education, including teaching and learning, research, community engagement, academic administration, programme management, quality assurance, accreditation management, and Internationalisation. She previously held the position of Program Manager for MBA and PGDM programmes and is currently employed as a Senior Manager for Accreditation and Internationalisation. Throughout her career, she dedicated her efforts to improving academic operations and quality standards and serving in various leadership roles where she implemented transformative initiatives that enhanced educational quality and operational efficiency. She progressed in her career through the different ranks due to her exceptional work ethic, efficiency, and professionalism. After earning her doctorate in 2022, Dr. Ntsizwane is slowly transitioning into academia, where she started to co-lecture in HRM-related modules at the postgraduate level. She is a member of various committees and participates in academic and strategic conferences, which saw her travel to over 20 countries in and outside Africa. As an emerging researcher, she collaborates with other experienced scholars to develop her teaching and research profile. She has co-authored one journal article and co-produced and presented conference papers, with the latest two being in 2025. She is also a supervisor for MBA mini dissertations.
