What Is Politics?
Abstract
This class is unbelievable. The first day of my American government class, the professor comes in and asks us to sit in alphabetical order. Inconceivable. Of course, all the freshman sheep shuffle off to their seats. But since I am sitting next to a window with a view, I don’t want to move. So, I ask him whether he might want us to wear Bluey t-shirts to his next class. A bit too cute, perhaps, because he asks me if I think politics goes on in the classroom .
