Abstract

It's always just one post, comment or wrong move away, but crisis communication is an important skill for all employee communicators to have. Chapter 14 examines crisis communication through theoretical and practical lenses, as well as how to manage these situations from the top down and reporting structures. The chapter also dives into how to handle the post-crisis environment to be sure that mistakes aren't repeated and can be learned from.
