Navigating Suicidality
Abstract
This chapter provides a structured framework for understanding how identity destabilizes in suicidality and how it can be rebuilt. Using the ENSI framework as a guide, it maps the pathways through which individuals lose their sense of self and explores interventions that restore coherence, agency, and belonging.
