Epilogue
Abstract
This epilogue reflects insights gained by food designers as they initiate a dialogue between food design research and practice, combining performance art, architecture, and design. Through selected installations designed by honey & bunny (Dr Sonja Stummerer and Martin Hablesreiter) we explore food conventions and codes of practice. Our multimedia installations, photographs, videos, and performances are expressive art of food messages that engage, challenge, and respond to cultural norms of food practices, systems, beliefs, and assumptions.
