Abstract

Throughout this book, we’ve explored the foundational principles that underpin successful learning—how students can understand how learning happens, slow down their thinking and challenge their biases, and develop habits that allow them to thrive academically and beyond. At the heart of it all is a powerful idea: with the right knowledge, strategies, and habits, anyone can become an expert learner.
