Abstract

Upon completion of this chapter, you will be able to Understand the fundamental concepts of structural equation modeling (SEM). Differentiate between measurement models and structural models Identify the key assumptions and requirements for conducting SEM analysis. Specify and construct a SEM model, including latent variables and observed indicators. Apply confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to validate measurement models. Apply latent SEM models to investigate structural relationships. Assess model fit using various goodness-of-fit indices. Utilize AMOS Software to conduct SEM analyses. Critically interpret and evaluate SEM results. Report SEM findings in a clear and structured manner.
