Abstract

This penultimate chapter serves as a synthesis of the book's dual yet non-dual approach—bridging subjective narratives with objective research. Drawing on selected segments from the ten case studies, the author helps readers integrate insights from the previous two chapters, allowing for a holistic understanding of how SomatoDrama works in both experience and evidence. More than a summary, the chapter functions as a guiding lens, revealing how the various dimensions of change – emotional, physical, cognitive – interact within the SomatoDrama Effect Model. Through this integrative perspective, readers come to grasp the model not as an abstract framework, but as a living system that captures the complexity of embodied healing. The chapter invites reflection on how inner experience and psychometric validation can meaningfully coexist, offering a unified view of transformation that respects both story and structure.
