Adoption and Impact Stories

High Performance Learning has, over the last ten years, supported schools in different sectors, at different stages of development and in multiple countries. This chapter aims to give the reader an authentic taste of what it means to adopt HPL. The chapter uses case studies submitted by individual schools to look at the adoption of High Performance Learning through the eyes of the school principal, Senior Leaders in the HPL Drive and HPL Associates who have supported multiple schools. It also considers how individual schools have used HPL to achieve specific outcomes in terms of development of their staff, their curriculum and their marketing. The chapter is contextualised by an introduction from my colleague Melanie Saunders, who has coached 40 schools as they have moved through the HPL adoption and subsequent utilisation processes.
