Abstract

This chapter provides a detailed development of a new project with the aim to enhance business teaching quality and teacher-student interaction in flipped classrooms through the integration of the ZUVIO real-time feedback system. The system facilitates GPS-based attendance tracking, real-time Q&A interactions, online assessments, and peer evaluations, supporting differentiated teaching strategies. Teaching materials are specifically designed to accommodate students from diverse backgrounds, promoting focus and learning outcomes. To deepen material comprehension, students complete self-directed learning reports using the Monica AI tool for role-playing scenarios. The impact on students’ concentration, leaning effectiveness, and positive learning transfer is assessed using Cronbach’s α reliability testing, t-test, one-way repeated measures ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis. The results indicate significant improvements in learning concentration following the intervention.
