Abstract

This chapter presents Imagining Tomorrow , a global transdisciplinary seminar integrating Creative and Art-Based Interventions (CABIs) to foster sustainability-driven innovation. Bringing together students from diverse disciplines, the seminar challenged them to address real-world problems through experiential and embodied learning. Designed as a structured yet flexible process, the program guided participants through different phases, enabling them to navigate complexity while developing user-centered solutions. Findings reveal that CABIs enhanced creativity, team dynamics, and problem-solving. The Collaborative Improvisational Storytelling for Impactful Reflection (CISIR) method, combining creative documentation, real-time team observations, and structured narrative reflections, enabled the facilitators to dynamically adapt interventions and support student learning. The study underscores the transformative potential of art-based pedagogy in addressing sustainability through imagination, collaboration, and reflection.
