Abstract

An art-based intervention in two undergraduate logistics and supply chain management courses utilized visual mapping that combined collage, animations, infographics, and sound recordings to represent sustainable supply chains and distribution channels. The initiative aimed to enhance students&s; systems thinking abilities and deepen their understanding of sustainability interconnections in global logistics. Through this visual mapping approach, students demonstrated improved comprehension of supply chain sustainability challenges. They developed stronger creative problem-solving abilities and enhanced their capacity to communicate complex ideas. The skills gained suggested graduates would be better equipped to implement innovative sustainability initiatives in their future organizations.
