Abstract

This chapter unveils the power of art-based pedagogy as a transformative force in personal growth, leadership development, and higher education. Through vivid narratives and interdisciplinary practice, it traces the author&s;s journey from spontaneous painting to innovative teaching methods. Art is presented as a reflective, dialogical process that nurtures empathy, creativity, and ethical discernment—essential qualities for engaging with complexity in today&s;s world. The chapter showcases how artistic practices, supported by Gadamer&s;s hermeneutics, foster expanded understanding and meaningful dialogue. Student reflections reveal how creativity opens space for insight, critical awareness, and collaborative exploration. Far from decorative, art is positioned as a strategic method for reimagining education and leadership. It invites educators and decision-makers to harness the interpretive and humanizing power of the arts to cultivate minds capable of shaping more thoughtful, adaptive, and socially conscious futures.
