Abstract
This chapter covers the second session of the SHERBET intervention. It outlines each task, including duration, objectives, and resources needed. This session focuses on building participants’ emotion recognition skills by teaching them vocabulary that will aid better emotional expression and by increasing awareness of physical sensations associated with emotional states.
