Maintaining Skills
Abstract
This chapter provides some brief guidance for how facilitators may promote skill maintenance for participants beyond the completion of SHERBET. This is achieved via recommending collaboration with host organisations and caregivers, as well as providing guidance on the completion and use of the ‘completer’s workbook’. This workbook summarises the work done in SHERBET for each participant, allowing it to be a long-term resource for the revision and maintenance of knowledge and skills.
